Mxls - Celia redesign

Here is Celia's redesign as of this year.


She still has pigtail but a different hairstyle, now has a visible neck, dress is longer, green hand palms are a half-circle, still has the same shoes, and now has a blue spot on her dress.


Still, same personality.
